Lean Engineering brings those workflows into a single white-label platform: an ICD-10 workspace with live comorbidity and Excludes 1 intelligence, reimbursement calculators tuned to each vertical, and an admin layer built for multi-organization compliance.
Built with practitioners
Every module is co-designed with senior coders, clinical educators, and operations leaders from home health, hospice, SNF, palliative, and IRF organizations. If a feature doesn't save a coder time on a real case, it doesn't ship.
